Standard ShippingStandard shipping costs $10 for eligible addresses in the United States and Europe. Orders with a product subtotal of $130 or more, as well as selected Lenmory bundles, qualify for complimentary standard delivery. Remote islands and designated special delivery areas are excluded.

Shipping to certain remote islands and hard-to-reach destinations generally costs $15–$28, depending on the address. These locations are excluded from all free shipping offers, including qualifying orders over $130 and selected bundles. Your applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

For destinations outside the United States, Europe, and Asia, shipping charges are calculated using your delivery address. Add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address at checkout to see the available rates. No payment or completed purchase is required to check the shipping cost.
We provide complimentary standard delivery when your order subtotal is $130 or more, or when you choose a Lenmory bundle that includes free shipping.
Asia: Free standard shipping is available to eligible delivery addresses across Asia. Remote islands and certain hard-to-reach locations are not included.

Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days after your order has been dispatched. This timeframe does not include order preparation.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details when available. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives your package. If you need help following your shipment, please contact our team.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue. For damaged deliveries, photographs of the product and packaging can help us review your case. We’ll investigate and work with the carrier when appropriate to determine the next steps.
